Welcome to DuDu Kids Cafe! By using our services, you are adhering to the following terms of use to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone:

- Children must be supervised by parents or guardians at all times. Guardians are responsible for ensuring that their children follow the rules and exhibit gentle, mindful behavior.
- DuDu Kids Cafe staff personnel are not liable or responsible for looking after your children. It is the sole responsibility of parents and guardians to monitor and care for their children during their visit.

- Play gently and be mindful of the little kids around. Rough play, including pushing, bumping, and fighting, is strictly prohibited.
- Strictly no food and drinks are allowed in the play area. This policy helps maintain cleanliness and ensures a safe environment for all children. Guardians are responsible for reporting any spills occurring at the first instance to our staff members on duty to ensure the safety of your toddler and other children in the area is protected.
- Please wear your socks at all times. Wearing socks helps maintain hygiene and cleanliness in our play areas.
- No climbing up the slide.This rule applies to adults as well.
- The designated area for 0 to 1-year-olds and crawlers is reserved exclusively for them. Please respect this boundary.

- Help us keep the balls in the ball pit.
- Help us keep the pebbles in the enclosed area.
- Please return toys to their respective areas after use. Remember, stealing is not nice.
- We strive to maintain a clean environment for everyone's enjoyment. If you notice any mess or maintenance issue, please inform our staff members immediately.
- Regular cleaning and sanitization are conducted throughout the day to ensure a hygienic environment for all visitors.

- No outside food is allowed on the premises, except for milk and infant food.
- Food wastage is not encouraged. Kindly encourage your child to eat responsibly and avoid unnecessary wastage.
